At MEN/LABS, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene concerns, we only accept returns or exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged underwear in its original packaging with tags still attached. Please inspect your items upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations.

Eligible items include:

  • Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Worn, washed, or altered underwear.

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please include the RA number in your return shipment.

  3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In the case of defective items, please contact us for a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Refunds will only be issued for regular-priced items. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at Mymenlabs@gmail.com. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Mymenlabs@gmail.com with photos of the damage or issue. We will provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. If there’s still no refund, contact your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
